Operations Executive

We are looking for passionate individuals that can assist in the setup and onboarding of our merchants, provide efficient order fulfilment, and timely customer support. If you have knowledge and keen interest in the area of POS and payment systems, operations or customer support, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

• Be a Qashier Expert: Help our merchants diagnose hardware and software issues. You will also prepare and setup merchant hardware before deployment, as well as inspect and assess the condition of existing/return hardware.
  
• Set-up and training: You will primarily assist to set up merchants hardware and systems and provide onsite/remote training for them.
• Technical troubleshoot: You will assist in troubleshooting hardware issues for merchants, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of any technical difficulties.
• Managing of inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfilment: You will help ensure timely merchant orders dispatch, accurate inventory management and efficient delivery operations.
• Handle any other merchant operational issues as part of merchant servicing.
• Liase with suppliers and other third party with regards to inventory procurement, hardware servicing, warranty/exchange matters

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, and Events Management. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space
• Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills
• A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
• Strong creative problem solving skills
