Qashier is looking for an amazing People Specialist to support our growth! We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments,
and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. We are looking
for a passionate individual that can support people operations in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle - Attract, Engage, Retain & Develop. You will partner with and support the functional heads to manage a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, performance appraisal, and management, employee engagement, as well as talent management and development.
- Responsibility for supporting the organization with administrative tasks for onboarding, contracting, and talent management.
- Working to manage and improve People Team workflows that support the team and the broader organization.
- Ensuring the integrity of People (Human Resource) data.
- Assisting with compensation and benefits of employees by providing relevant data, like absences, employee welfare, and leaves.
- Ensure all legal aspects compliance with Government regulations.
- Manage Payroll
- Undertake any other HR related matters or ad-hoc projects assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations
- Good command in English is a must (Writing, Speaking, Listening & Reading)
- Strong in communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask with can do attitude
- Having an experience in VISA work permit will be advantage.
