Qashier is looking for a passionate individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a direct sourcing recruitment model for the Malaysia and Singapore markets. As an integral part of the
People Team, you will manage the flow of candidates and strive to increase the pipeline through strategic sourcing, vacancy marketing, networking, and brand building. You will ensure a smooth recruitment process and work to deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building
- Proactively build a pipeline of high-quality candidates to facilitate timely hiring and increase candidate volume in the recruitment lifecycle.
- Identify candidates using multiple strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing, and referrals.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all regional positions, including CV screening and first-stage telephone interviews, and ensure candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
- Follow up on hiring manager feedback and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence
- Conduct talent mapping to identify and engage passive candidates for critical roles.
- Gather market intelligence in the FinTech industry to inform sourcing strategies and stay ahead of talent trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the Country Head of HR and Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and regional strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding best practices in talent acquisition.
Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement
- Promote Qashier's employer brand through social media, networking, and other channels to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
Reporting & Data Management
- Produce reports and statistics on recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Manatal.
Ad-Hoc Projects
- Support the People Team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What we look for in a candidate...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing and recruiting for Technical and Commercial roles.
- Experience in both agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- Proven success in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and other tools to build candidate pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Experience with web-based ATS systems such as Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, Manatal, or similar tools.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
