Qashier is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support both our Customer Service (CS) and Risk & Compliance teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service quality by reviewing, analyzing, and improving customer interactions and compliance processes. The role will primarily focus on QA (70%) and will also assist in training (30%) through creating and updating training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (70%)

    • Evaluate customer service interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
    • Identify areas for improvement in customer service and risk/compliance processes.
    • Collaborate with the CS, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained.
    • Regularly provide feedback to customer service representatives and risk/compliance staff on QA findings and recommend improvements.
    • Track quality trends and report on performance metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
Training Support (30%)
    • Assist in creating, updating, and organizing training materials, articles, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Work closely with training and PMO team to ensure that content aligns with current procedures and quality standards.
    • Participate in training sessions to help implement updates and improve knowledge-sharing across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance for customer service or risk/compliance functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an analytical approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, constructive feedback.
