We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clear, comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve country business objectives.
- Develop, oversee and manage the sales process and team of sales executives. Youll be the key driver in developing a scalable sales engine as we grow the company. Youll help to define the overall sales strategy and budget and to manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, with the aim of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead a cross functional team across Sales, Partnership, Merchant Growth, Operations and Marketing. A successful merchant acquiring strategy requires a coordinated effort across multiple commercial functions. You will lead a team across sales, BD and customer success, and work closely with Marketing and Operations and be responsible for accelerating the growth and success of our revolutionary product.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders, including key merchant accounts and our ecosystem partners. Main goal here is to maintain a strong relationship with the stakeholders needed to successfully scale Qashier across SEA.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and revenue projections to track progress and drive accountability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/business development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all level.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability in building scalable sales processes and systems.
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end including defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace change and ambiguity.
- Passionate about technology, payments and the retail/F&B space.
