Qashier is looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

You will be driving Qashiers success in the following ways:

• Manage outbound logistics and order fulfillment of merchants orders.
• Coordinate with third party logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory reports.
• Manage inventory and ensure healthy stocks to support sales.
• Conduct on-site training and setups to onboard new merchants and on-site support for events.
• Serve as L3 point of escalation for merchant concerns regarding hardware issues, providing on-site support if necessary.
• Work closely with the Merchant Onboarding, and Sales teams to set up new merchant accounts and systems according to each merchants requirements.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and engage with our Product and Engineering teams using established processes

What you should bring along

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hardware management, post-sales operations, or technical customer Support.
• Passionate about technology, startups, fintech and the retail space
• Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills
• A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
• Strong creative problem solving skills
