About the job Customer Support Specialist (TH)

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Qashier’s hardware, software and suit of services
  • Partner with our merchants to effectively resolve issue through phone, email and live chat
  • Answer how to questions and help merchants navigate a variety of tools within Qashier
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and engage with our Product and Engineering teams using established processes
  • Collaborate with internal team such as Account Managers and Sales team, and identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Able to work 5 days a week (including weekends)
  • Able to work in shift which are 9:00-18:00, 13:30- 22:30
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented and Patience when handling tough cases
