About the job Customer Support Specialist (TH)
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of Qashier’s hardware, software and suit of services
- Partner with our merchants to effectively resolve issue through phone, email and live chat
- Answer how to questions and help merchants navigate a variety of tools within Qashier
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and engage with our Product and Engineering teams using established processes
- Collaborate with internal team such as Account Managers and Sales team, and identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to work 5 days a week (including weekends)
- Able to work in shift which are 9:00-18:00, 13:30- 22:30
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and Patience when handling tough cases
