Qashier is looking for an amazing BDM (Partnership) to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company channel partnership as a distributor / master franchise / large franchise account to drive acquisition of new merchants in the SME segment to grow our merchants base. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management and B2B sales, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for distribution channel management. You will be the key driver in developing and execute action plans towards the growth of channel partner accounts for distributions of company products.
  • Accountable for Mid - Large Franchise Merchants. You will be the key driver in growing and acquiring large account merchants.
  • Form and collaborate closely with other other functions (marketing, operations, finance etc) to effectively drive merchants acquiring strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners on the acquisition front, product training, point of contract and also drive referrals from these key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/business development.
  • Experience in point of sale and payment systems and/or retails / F&B operations / is a plus
  • Sales Experiences in FMCG and Tech
  • Experience in Channel Management or Account Management
  • Experience in market penetration for distribution channel / account is a plus
  • Proven ability in building and executing sales strategies / plans
  • Strong sense of ownership and results driven
  • Passionate about technology, payments in the F&B/retails space
