Role Overview: 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Qashier Philippines, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by managing the initial stages of the sales process. You will focus on qualifying inbound leads and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team for further engagement. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced tech company, with a passion for fintech, retail, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and other channels.
  • Schedule Demos: Work closely with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations for qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, demos scheduled, and other key metrics.

What We Look for in a Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and POS and payment systems. Experience in startups, retail, or the F&B sector is an advantage.
  • Passion: A strong interest in technology, fintech, and the retail space, coupled with the right attitude and a desire to grow your career.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants.
  • Communication: Outgoing with strong bilingual oral communication skills necessary to effectively engage with merchants.
  • Drive: Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar SDR, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and prioritize the daily task of calling hundreds of leads to maximize outreach and conversion rates.
  • Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
