About the Role

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Midshift, with flexibility to align with UK working hours

The Patient Care Coordinator helps patients access healthcare services by managing appointment bookings, answering telephone inquiries, and coordinating follow-ups. Supporting an international healthcare provider, you will help make each stage of the patient journey clear, organized, and reassuring—from the first referral through to the final report.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients who need to book or amend appointments.
  • Answer patient inquiries over the phone, providing clear information and helpful support.
  • Conduct telephone triage consultations to establish risk scores and eligibility for further assessment, following established procedures.
  • Contact patients who need follow-up appointments and arrange bookings within recommended UK National Health Service (NHS) guidelines.
  • Escalate patient concerns and other issues to the appropriate team promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient information in internal systems to support reporting.
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to meet required service and national standards.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders to support a smooth patient experience.

What You'll Bring

  • At least two years of BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Clear communication skills and a respectful, patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to punctuality.
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach to resolving concerns.
  • A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback and different perspectives.
  • Flexibility to work midshift and adjust working hours to align with UK operations.
