Senior Business Development Executive (Corporate Partnerships & Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Corporate Partnerships & Sales) to drive business growth through corporate partnerships, client acquisition, account management, and strategic market expansion. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong corporate relationships, promoting the clinic's healthcare and wellness services, and contributing to revenue growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Head and cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, enhance client satisfaction, strengthen corporate partnerships, and expand the clinic's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate business leads and accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and partners.
  • Conduct client visits, business presentations, meetings, and service proposals.
  • Prepare customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert opportunities into business partnerships.

2. Corporate Account Management & Client Retention

  • Manage assigned corporate accounts and serve as a key point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Develop long-term partnerships to drive repeat business, renewals, referrals, and account growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.

3. Service Promotion & Market Expansion

  • Promote the clinic's healthcare services, corporate packages, wellness programs, and other relevant offerings.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase corporate engagement and market penetration.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Represent the clinic at corporate events, networking activities, exhibitions, and community initiatives.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and business opportunities.

4. Market Research & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor market developments and provide insights on potential business opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to management on business development strategies, market positioning, pricing, packages, and service enhancements.

5. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, corporate accounts, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, account status, revenue contribution, and pipeline development.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly business development and sales reports.
  • Monitor progress against assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective or growth actions where required.

6. Proposals, Quotations & Administrative Functions

  • Prepare professional business proposals, quotations, agreements, presentations, and related correspondence.
  • Coordinate contract and agreement requirements with relevant internal departments.
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communications, proposals, agreements, and account activities.
  • Perform other business development, functional, and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, key account management, healthcare sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B/corporate sales and partnership development is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare, medical, wellness, insurance, or corporate services will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
