About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer — Digital to join a growing media team and support the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign setup, performance monitoring, tracking implementation, reporting, quality assurance, and basic billing coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in digital media, paid advertising, and performance marketing. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, optimized based on performance, and aligned with client objectives.
What You'll Do
Campaign Implementation and Management
- Ensure the successful execution of performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on accurate and error-free implementation.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns across paid digital channels.
- Ensure all campaign elements are properly set up and implemented.
- Monitor campaign delivery closely to ensure KPIs are met.
- Make necessary campaign adjustments based on performance.
Tracking and Attribution
- Generate and implement UTM tags or tracking pixels on client websites or apps.
- Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and other campaign performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking by following standard procedures and guidelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track, compile, and report on campaign KPIs in collaboration with the analytics team.
- Support the preparation of regular campaign performance reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on campaign data.
- Provide basic performance insights, with guidance from senior team members for deeper strategic recommendations.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality checks to ensure campaign assets, tracking, and other implemented elements are functioning properly.
- Resolve common issues related to ad functionality or ad rendering.
- Escalate more complex technical or campaign-related issues to senior team members.
Ad Technology Management
- Contribute to ongoing campaign best practices and process improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging digital media trends, tools, platforms, and technologies.
Billing Support
- Assist in verifying campaign details, budgets, and media placements under the guidance of the Senior Buyer.
- Monitor billing deadlines, flag discrepancies, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Follow up with vendors for timely invoice submissions.
- Assist with invoice tracking and basic billing documentation.
- Audit campaign expenses and help secure required approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and generate basic billing reports for review.
- Inform teams of potential delays and help ensure a smooth billing process flow.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in paid media tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and support optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with ad operations tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and UTM tagging.
- Ability to present data and insights to internal teams to help optimize campaigns.
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to execute tasks aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborative working style and ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- High level of productivity in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and seek guidance from senior team members on more complex tasks.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying, digital advertising, paid media, or a related field.
- Open to recent graduates with strong aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Tools, TikTok Ads, or similar tools.
- Passionate about the advertising, media, and performance marketing industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to execute and optimize campaigns while ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
- Able to track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
- Must have a strong internet connection and clear audio output for efficient remote work.
