WE'RE HIRING: INFOR M3 FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Are you an experienced Infor M3 Functional Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations?

We're looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of Infor M3 configuration, functional support, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with manufacturing, planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements across manufacturing, planning, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Configure and maintain Infor M3 manufacturing and supply chain modules.
• Support production, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and distribution processes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 functional support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead or participate in M3 implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and process improvement projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration, cutover, and end-user training.
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Infor M3.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of hands-on Infor M3 functional experience (v13.x or M3 CloudSuite).
• Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or major rollout.
• Strong knowledge of M3 Manufacturing, including product structures, routings, manufacturing orders, MRP/MPS, and product costing.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including purchasing, customer orders, inventory, warehouse management, and distribution.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Working knowledge of M3 tools such as H5 Client, Personalizations, MI/API programs, and data imports.
