Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales Systems Analyst to improve sales reporting, CRM data quality, Power BI dashboards, and business automation in a global business environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Power BI, CRM, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Reporting Analyst who can turn business data into clear reports, insights, and practical solutions.
You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual spreadsheet work, and build dashboards that support better business decisions. The role is focused on Power BI reporting, CRM improvements, integrations, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
- Create clear dashboards and reports for Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business teams.
- Develop KPI logic, reporting rules, measures, and data models for sales and commercial reporting.
- Improve CRM data quality across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, and win/loss tracking.
- Support better data capture from CRM to reporting, operations, and finance processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical dashboard and automation solutions.
- Identify and fix data inconsistencies, refresh issues, broken sources, and reporting bottlenecks.
- Build repeatable data checks, transformations, reconciliations, and workflow automations.
- Document data sources, KPI definitions, reporting rules, refresh schedules, and limitations.
- Help reduce manual reporting and spreadsheet-based processes through better systems and automation.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power Query/M, DAX, semantic modeling, report design, scheduled refresh, and dataset/report maintenance.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting or automation solutions.
- Good understanding of data modeling, KPI logic, reusable measures, relationships, and reporting definitions.
- Experience checking reports against source systems and resolving data quality or refresh issues.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline reporting, sales operations, revenue operations, forecasting, finance operations, or marketing-source reporting.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools, structured data sources, connectors, or API-based concepts.
- Experience with Power Automate, SQL, JSON/REST, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, ETL, or data pipelines is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to work independently.

Location: Manila, onsite
Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT
