Role Summary
We are seeking a Technology Manager to lead digital platforms, marketing technology, analytics tracking, and technical project delivery that drive business growth and campaign success. Core Responsibilities
Digital Technology & Platform Management
- Manage the technical implementation of websites, landing pages, digital platforms, campaign tools, forms, integrations, and other technology-driven initiatives.
- Oversee the setup, testing, deployment, and optimization of digital platforms to ensure functionality, reliability, speed, usability, and scalability.
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking tags, pixels, conversion events, UTM structures, analytics requirements, and reporting workflows.
- Support technical requirements for digital campaigns, performance marketing initiatives, CRM workflows, lead generation activities, and automation projects.
- Recommend improvements to enhance website performance, campaign measurement, user experience, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Technical Project Delivery
- Translate business, client, and campaign requirements into clear technical briefs, timelines, workflows, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, media teams, account managers, analytics teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Manage multiple technical projects from planning and development to QA, launch, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and resource requirements early in the project lifecycle.
- Maintain proper documentation, including QA checklists, technical specifications, access records, implementation guides, and handover materials.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting Enablement
- Ensure accurate data capture across websites, landing pages, lead forms, CRM platforms, advertising channels, and reporting dashboards.
- Work with media, analytics, and account teams to validate campaign tracking, attribution, conversion events, and reporting accuracy.
- Support dashboard development and reporting automation using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, broken tags, platform issues, form errors, and conversion tracking concerns.
- Establish technical standards for measurement, tagging, data collection, reporting governance, and quality assurance.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, developers, platform providers, and technology vendors.
- Provide technical feasibility inputs during campaign planning, client discussions, proposals, and project scoping.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, service quality, and technical outputs.
- Ensure that all technology-related work aligns with business objectives, client expectations, brand requirements, data privacy standards, and project timelines.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Lead, guide, or coordinate technical team members, developers, specialists, or external partners as needed.
- Improve internal workflows related to technical briefing, QA, deployment, tracking implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Promote best practices in digital technology, documentation, testing, security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, AI-enabled platforms, marketing technology trends, analytics standards, and digital transformation practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen technology capability, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital technology, marketing technology, web platforms, technical project management, or digital operations, preferably within an agency, e-commerce, or fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, analytics tracking, campaign implementation, platform integrations, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
- Ability to translate business and campaign requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, or similar web technologies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, paid media platforms, AI-enabled tools, or relevant industry certifications is an advantage.
