The Recruitment Operations Lead will oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring delivery excellence for client hiring goals. This role leads a team of recruitment consultants, drives operational efficiency in RPO processes, and serves as a key partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor recruitment consultants to achieve client hiring objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor SLA delivery, time-to-fill, fill rates, and overall recruitment productivity.
  • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, hiring progress, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations to optimize efficiency and quality.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within RPO or recruitment operations.
  • At least 3 years in people management or team leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment operations in a client-facing environment.
