DI&A Administrative Assistant

Work Setup Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite at TFC)

Equipment: Company-issued laptop and mobile phone


Position Summary

The DI&A Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and governance support to the Data, Insights & Analytics team. The role ensures efficient department operations by managing budgets, procurement, service requests, documentation, SharePoint, data governance activities, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budget tracking, PR/PO/GR processing, and financial records.
  • Administer service requests, monitor progress, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Maintain governance documents, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Update and manage DI&A SharePoint sites and document repositories.
  • Support data governance by managing Atlan/SIGA requests, metadata uploads, and glossary validation.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team events, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and project administrative support, including reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or governance support.
  • Exposure to IT operations, data governance, or project management is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft Copilot or other GenAI tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement (PR/PO/GR), service management systems, and data governance platforms (e.g., Atlan) is a plus.
