Location: Ortigas / Mandaluyong / Makati Metro Manila
Employment: Full-time | Monday to Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across a growing group of companies in food & beverage, retail, and distribution. This is a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity for someone who enjoys creating systems, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across frontline, warehouse, technical, sales, and head office roles
• Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and DOLE requirements
• Drive performance management, organizational development, and succession planning
• Manage compensation & benefits, HR operations, HRIS, and policy implementation
• Partner with management on workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years leading the HR function
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or distribution
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, employee relations, and volume recruitment
• Proven success in building HR systems and supporting a growing multi-site organization
