Senior Studio Production

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Studio Producer to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing game development studio focused on creating premium casino slot titles for the global market.

This role is ideal for a seasoned game production leader who has successfully managed multiple game titles simultaneously, led cross-functional teams, and driven projects from concept through launch. You will work closely with stakeholders across the US, Japan, and global partner studios while helping shape the operational excellence and culture of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple game titles across different stages of development.
• Own production schedules, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Drive agile development practices across game design, art, engineering, and mathematical disciplines.
• Establish and maintain studio operating standards and production processes.
• Monitor project risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and testing schedules.
• Manage internal teams, discipline leads, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and partner studios to achieve project objectives.
• Build and scale high-performing development teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of game production experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing a studio, multi-title portfolio, or large production team.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple commercial game titles.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams including Design, Art, Engineering, and Technical disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Preferred Experience

• Casino slot game development (land-based, social, or mobile).
• Mobile free-to-play game development.
• Regulatory submission processes (GLI, BMM, or equivalent).
• Studio scaling and operational transformation initiatives.
• Production tools and engine pipeline optimization.
• Experience working with US and Japanese stakeholders.
