About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Associate who will support and maintain enterprise HR systems and applications within a global HRIS operations environment.

This role will provide front-line system support, manage HRIS-related cases, update HR system data, support reporting needs, participate in system releases and testing, and help improve HR technology processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow administration, HR systems support, reporting, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Support and Case Management

  • Provide ongoing front-line support for enterprise HR systems through case management and HR system data updates.
  • Conduct case investigations, analysis, and root cause analysis.
  • Support MyHR / ServiceNow administration, including case reassignment, case closure, and other HRIS-owned system actions.

Workday System Administration

  • Perform transactional system administration actions in Workday, including rescinds, reassignments, corrections, and other related system admin tasks.
  • Develop and administer EIB templates.
  • Perform quality control of mass data uploads and security alignment to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Reporting and Knowledge Management

  • Maintain custom Workday reports and address inquiries related to developed reports, following established governance.
  • Contribute to and maintain the HRIS front-office knowledge repository.

System Maintenance and Testing

  • Participate in periodic system maintenance activities, including Workday releases and ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Support new feature testing, familiarization, regression testing orchestration, and execution.

Process Ownership and Team Support

  • Lead HRIS workstreams or own key cyclical processes as a subject matter expert in assigned domains.
  • Mentor peers and support team capability building through onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, or any related discipline.

Workday and HRIS Experience

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management or Application Management Services.
  • Knowledge and experience in any of the following Workday modules, processes, and operations:
    • HCM
    • Absence / Time Off
    • Recruiting
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Compensation
    • System Administration

ServiceNow and System Administration

  • Experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • Experience in Workday system administration and HRIS support.

Reporting and Testing

  • Experience in building and modifying standard and custom reports.
  • Ability to address issues and inquiries related to developed reports.
  • Experience in Workday releases and regression testing of new configuration changes as part of system enhancement or implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro certification, equivalent qualification, or relevant training is preferred.
  • ServiceNow certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Work Setup and Schedule

  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Schedule: Must be willing to work on EMEA and North America hours for case intake and collaboration.
  • Shifting schedule may be required depending on critical deliverables and urgent requirements of supported countries.
