HR Verifications Assistant (Project-Based)

Job Summary / About the Job

At Q2 HR Solutions, we are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Verifications Assistant to support the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant background verification services. This role is responsible for conducting end-to-end verification processes, managing client requirements, and ensuring all reports are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining the highest standards of quality, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Background Verification

• Conduct end-to-end background verification processes for assigned cases
• Perform database checks including criminal, identity, credit, civil litigation, business interest, and professional license verification
• Conduct educational verification with academic institutions and registrars
• Perform employment verification through HR and authorized company representatives
• Complete character and professional reference checks
• Conduct address and community verification as required
• Encode and consolidate verification results into report templates accurately
• Ensure case allocation, fulfillment, and escalation activities are completed within prescribed timelines
• Maintain complete and accurate attempt logs and documentation for all verification activities

Client & Case Management

• Manage assigned verification cases from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, educational institutions, employers, and other third-party sources
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and turnaround time (TAT) requirements
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely case updates
• Ensure scope-of-work adherence and proper case handling procedures
• Maintain accurate records within company tracking and reporting systems
• Develop strong research, validation, and investigative skills to support verification requirements

Service Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Deliver accurate and complete verification reports within agreed timelines
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and verification protocols
• Minimize report errors, missed opportunities, and case backlogs
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives through responsive and professional service
• Escalate issues and verification challenges promptly to appropriate stakeholders
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy standards

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case processing and issue resolution
• Participate in training, cross-functional learning, and development programs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• We are looking for Fresh graduates.
