As a Business Development Executive at Q2 HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering new business opportunities, and driving growth through effective sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with 1 to 3 years of sales experience to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing HR solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present Q2 HR Solutions services to prospective clients, focusing on their needs and how we can provide value.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Conduct product/service presentations, demonstrations, and meetings.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Report on sales activities and progress to management, especially during weekly visits to the Makati office.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or HR solutions/services.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of business development strategies and sales processes.
  • Basic knowledge of HR services, outsourcing, or talent acquisition is advantageous.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to work in Pampanga with weekly visits to the Makati office.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
