We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities using diverse lead generation strategies. You will play an integral part in expanding our client base and supporting the sales team by delivering high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Identification:
- Leverage various tools, databases, and platforms to discover potential leads within targeted markets.
- Research and identify key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective leads for outreach.
Outbound Outreach:
- Initiate outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., budget, need, authority, timeline).
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to establish contact and foster relationships.
Lead Qualification:
- Engage leads through discovery calls or emails to ensure alignment with our offerings and sales objectives.
- Identify client pain points, business needs, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team, providing feedback on lead quality and potential for conversion.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and targeting.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, response rates, and outreach effectiveness.
- Contribute to refining and optimizing lead generation processes and strategies.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of lead information for future follow-ups.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to refine lead generation strategies.
- Suggest new lead sources and markets based on ongoing research and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
