Sourcing Associate

Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. As a member of our dynamic and growing company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for our clients' job openings

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

- Utilize social media, job boards, and other online platforms to promote job openings and attract potential candidates

- Attend job fairs and networking events to expand our talent pool and promote our company's brand

- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

- Assist with the coordination of interviews and provide support throughout the hiring process

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition

- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and Boolean search methods

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for diverse job openings
