About the job Financial Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Analyze financial needs and provide customized solutions
- Prepare and submit customer applications.
- Maintain customer relationships through after-sales service
- Build a long-term relationship with bank partners
- Encourage bank partners to refer customers
- Refer customers to the bank for loans or savings/checking accounts,
- Keep the branch informed of daily activities, performance, and referrals.
- Complete the Onboarding Program for technical and soft skills
- Attend advanced training and designation programs
- Obtain accreditation to run customer events
Qualifications:
- Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in bank
- Willing to work Monday - Friday, Onsite (Schedule: Banking hours)
