The role is vital in driving the financial success of this new business unit within Q2. Your ability to develop and execute revenue strategies to bring new products and services to market, build and manage a team of HR professionals / consultants effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions is crucial for achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow client accounts, managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Analyse Profit and Loss (P&L) statements; turn financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Professionally represent the company to clients, nurture existing client relationships, and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage forecasts and pipeline reports to facilitate strategic planning.
- Drive operational excellence and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
- Bring new products and services to market in collaboration with marketing.
- Assign and track performance targets while conducting thorough performance appraisals.
- Provide exceptional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team.
- Foster effective working relationships across teams for seamless collaboration.
- Understanding of change management models and principles to adapt to evolving business model.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and or Finance is essential; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Business-to-business (B2B) in a General Management position which has included marketing, customer experience, sales, operations and people.
- Prior experience in HR Professional Services and or Consultancy will be an advantage.
- Experience in managing sales planning and execution, budget planning and management, project management, quality management, and contract management.
- Proven success in client relationship and account management, with a track record of client retention and growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their impact on sales and operations.
- Familiarity with strategic partnering principles and the ability to identify and nurture partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
