1.LMA
- Reports Daily, Weekly, and Monthly performance of the Team and/or processes
- Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics
- Responsible for measuring team and individual productivity
- Coaches team in leveraging with the Sourcing channels Digital, Referrals and Offsite - to maintain a healthy pool based on requirements.
- Supervises Activities and Productivities of direct reports
- Promote and develop Continuous improvement and Company values of the company to Direct reports
2.Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy
- Contributes in designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy
- Ensures Manpower requests are filled on time
- Monitors performance of Direct reports which includes, but not limited to, process adherence, reliability, schedule adherence, quality of candidates endorsed.
- Lead the success of Sourcing activities onsite and offsite
- Promotes job openings in Social media and maintain active and professional responses.
3.Recruitment SLA Delivery
- Ensures Manpower requests are filled on time
- Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
- Ensures proper and professional communication of status of recruitment to internal/external clients
4. Candidate Recruitment Journey
Consistent implementation of Candidate Recruitment Journey
5.ATS Optimization
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Tracking System
