As a Facilities & Admin Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will work closely with our team to provide efficient and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with the coordination of company events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
