About the job Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities:
Engaging with new prospective customers and representing Mellivora, as well as a number of select Cyber Security Vendors across your designated regions, identifying all potential business opportunities.
Identifying key decision makers (CISOs, Cyber Security Directors, Information Security Managers etc.) whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling (into EMEA timezones), event recruitment and high-level prospecting (eg. Linkedin & emailing).
Articulating the value proposition and helping the customer understand how it will improve their businesss information security.
Earning trust and developing relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism, and relevance to business issues.
Meeting set targets and working closely with your manager by methodically working on and following up on a variety of sales campaigns.
Maintaining quality relationships with your manager and external employees at multiple cyber security vendors to ensure meetings are held and followed up on.
Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs.
At this time KPIs are roughly expected to be 15 meetings booked (minimum per week), with 40 held & qualified meetings (minimum) per month (after ramp up - 2 months) but are open to change at management discretion depending on the campaign and region. There is also an expectation that the Held to Qualified Rate of meetings is sustained consistently above 80%. At this time the definition of qualified will be;
