ACCOUNTABILITIES

Attain & Exceed Revenue Targets

  • Creates and implements a structured plan to achieve set targets

P&L Management

  • Ensures the attainment of the teams targets
  • P&L responsibilities for the team
  • Responsible for the formulation of the teams Strategic Plans

Lead, Manage, Accountable

  • Assigns periodic targets and monitors the performance.
  • Conducts Performance Appraisal of each team member
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and direction
  • Identifies team and individual training needs and coordinates with partner departments
  • Process and Operational Excellence

Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

  • Presents Q2 effectively and professionally to clients
  • Retains and grow clients and develops new business relationships and manages a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Creates and executes a recovery plan for non-active Q2 accounts
  • Develops strong and effective working relationships with the teams.

Management Reports

  • Ensures documentation and reporting of the teams activities
  • Manages forecasts and pipeline reports

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Attainment

  • Degree in Business discipline preferred
  • MBA an advantage

Relevant Experience

  • at least 7 years of experience in B2B selling
  • background in HR Services within professional & IT services or consultancy
  • Working experience in strategic HR Business Partnering or similar strategic roles such as OD and L&D an advantage
  • Strong P&L capabilities
  • Proven solutions or insight selling capabilities
  • People / team management experience
