Country Manager
A global marketing and design company for the exhibition industry with a strong support office in the Philippines is looking for a Country Head.
- Client base is Australian, with some clients in Europe and the USA.
- Seeking a talented and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in the Philippine market.
- This position is ideal for an Expat, or a local who has global experience with at least 10 years working in a European, North American, Australian country who possesses exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the advertising industry, expertise in selling marketing concepts globally, and a strong background in retail display.
- Lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and retail display projects.
- Strong leadership, advertising industry knowledge, global marketing expertise, and retail display background will be critical in achieving our business objectives and maintaining our market leadership.

Requirements:
- An Expat with a valid work permit to work in the Philippines or a local with global experience.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven at least experience (6+ years) in a leadership role within the advertising industry, preferably at an international level.
- Demonstrated success in selling marketing concepts globally and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of retail display techniques, visual merchandising, and store layout optimization.
