Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Open for fresh graduates and career shifters!)
- Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in a bank
- Willing to work ONSITE (Schedule: Banking hours)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities, Schedule appointments with customers, Analyze financial needs and provide customized solutions, Prepare and submit customer applications.
- Maintain customer relationships through after-sales service, Build a long-term relationship with bank partners, Encourage bank partners to refer customers, Refer customers to the bank for loans or savings/checking accounts, Keep the branch informed of daily activities, performance, and referrals.
- Complete the Onboarding Program for technical and soft skills
- Attend advanced training and designation programs
- Obtain accreditation to run customer events
