About the job Operations Assistant Manager

  • Build trust and strong, long-lasting client relations with customers in Background Verification that encompass acquisitions, retention and delivery of client-satisfaction initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for Supplier(s) and partner(s); (e.g. schools, universities and problematic entities) maintain regular and frequent contact
  • Implement Process Improvement initiatives to improve service delivery & strong relationship with schools and universities.
  • Planning & Logistics responsibilities for the HB6 Background Verification Division
  • Act as the SME for the Background Verification Services team within Operations to achieve volumes, quality standards and targets within service
  • Provides day to day support to the team and the Division Manager to deliver a professional, high quality, cost effective service to the client, in accordance with agreed business and customer requirements
  • Assists with integration of clients service measures into daily operational procedures
  • Discusses with the respective Team Leads the potential challenges in processing Background Verification Requests and recommends ways of addressing these challenges
  • Responsible for the formulation of the Business Units Operations Strategic Plans
  • To monitor the over-all performance and conduct annual Performance of Team Leads and Verifications Associates

Education

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or Business Management Course.
  • A Six Sigma, an MBA and / or other postgraduate business accreditation will be an advantage

Experience

Customer Service role and at least two of Account Management / Relationship Management/BDM/Sales
Role exposure of minimum of 5 years
Proven Experience in Background Investigations or HR Procurement
Track record in BDM and growing client portfolio
Proven track record of Building Professional Networks
