Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our clients

- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements

- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their job openings and candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires

- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

- Represent Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or HR consulting firm

- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and tools

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proven track record of successfully filling job openings with top talent

- Willingness to travel to job fairs and other recruitment events
