Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspect of plant operations
• Create and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• with feed mill or flour mill background
• Mechanical Engineer with solid 10 years in leading a flour feed mill Plant
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Amenable to work on a Mid shift ( up to 12mn or 1am shift)
• Amenable to work in Bulacan
