Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 8-10 years solid experience in HR with Manufacturing background
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business performance while fostering employee engagement and retention
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
