HR Head (Strategy & Operations)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goals.
• lead the development and execution of our HR strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.

Requirements

• 8-10 years solid experience in HR with Manufacturing background
• Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field
• A proven track record of designing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business performance while fostering employee engagement and retention
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
