Recruitment Specialist

Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies is a leading provider of human resources solutions in Makati, Metro Manila. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent

- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates

- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process for both clients and candidates

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment to continuously improve our processes

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their job openings

- Represent Q2 HR Solutions - Group of Companies at job fairs and other recruitment events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with top talent

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus

- Willing to work in Makati, Metro Manila on a full-time basis
