Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales strategies for the company
- Monitors sales performance, generates sales reports and forecast
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement
- Performs research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provides timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with large customers
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration,
- Minimum of 5 yrs experience in sales management preferably in animal/aquatic industries; Proven experience as National Sales Manager
- Time management, problem solving skills
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Working knowledge of market trends, can manage a high performance sales team
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Availability to travel as needed
