Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies for the company
  • Monitors sales performance, generates sales reports and forecast
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement
  • Performs research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provides timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with large customers
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration,
  • Minimum of 5 yrs experience in sales management preferably in animal/aquatic industries; Proven experience as National Sales Manager
  • Time management, problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of market trends, can manage a high performance sales team
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
