Job Overview:
As a Sourcing Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates for our client’s job openings. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that the best candidates are selected for the positions. This is a full-time position based in Makati, Metro Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates for job openings
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest in the job
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the recruitment team
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs of the clients and provide regular updates on the sourcing progress
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements on various platforms
- Keep track of all candidate information and updates in the company’s database
- Provide regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline to the recruitment team and management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
