Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor is Primarily responsible in ensuring effective delivery of operational services critical to expansion and maintenance of core business requirements. The position shall be equally responsible to provide leadership with effective supervision to ensure effective implementation of company policies consistent with the vision, mission and core values of HDI and achieve its performance, KRA's and KPI's

Skills and Qualifications:

• Male can drive motorcycle and 4 wheel vehicle
• Bachelors Degree if possible
• College graduate in the field of Structural or Civil Engineering but not required
• Licensed professional engineer but not required
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in advertising industry
