JOB DESCRIPTION

OPERATIONS

  1. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, personnel, and stakeholders by actively participating with various organizations
  2. Works closely with other top management personnel to ensure that they can carry out their job with the greatest efficiency thereby ensuring client and organizational targets are met.
  3. Account restoration and rehabilitation
  4. Performs analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  5. Marketing and business development, account maintenance
  6. Manages and supervises all travel arrangements of deployed workers to warrant safe arrival on their destination
  7. Provides general oversight of all Company activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  1. Build excellent relationships with key employees among clients.
  2. Create plans to address clients' business needs.
  3. Advise clients on creating processes that will satisfy business needs.
  4. Schedule regular meetings with client PICs to ensure they are satisfied.
  5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

RECRUITMENT

  1. Plans and implements company acquisition strategy by continuously updating talent leads and pooling
  2. Build good partnership with clients by regularly communicating with them to get a clear view of their hiring needs & organizational goals
  3. Defines job description and document specifications based on clients requirements
  4. Ensure Job Order registration, verification, attestation, documentation and license processes by establishing streamline procedures and review of the same

PLACEMENT/DEPLOYMENT

  1. Ensures all provisions in the contract with respect to working conditions are safe and that manpower engaged in carrying out work has been properly trained and understand the strict health and safety rules that apply within working environments
  2. Ensures quality pool of talents by overseeing any training requirements and ensures personnel maintain all related legal and legislative requirements

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  1. Complies with regulations of POEA / DMW rules and regulations, requirements by closely monitoring its circulars/announcements and building good relationship with the authorities.
  2. Liaises daily with other partners; develop close working relationships with the POEA / DMW Authorities and attached agencies
  3. Compliance to Immigration by understanding all legal requirements and have a full understanding of all Immigration procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree / MBA Degree is an advantage
  • MUST have more than 10 years previous experience within a manpower agency
  • Extensive and thorough facilities administration, management of local operations leading to deployment of Filipino workers
  • MUST have land-based manpower agency management experience and familiar with interviewing and recruiting personnel
  • MUST be willing to work ONSITE in Intramuros, Manila
