Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • CPA, with experience in General Accounting, Treasury and Payroll, Taxation and Audit, FP&A and Cost and Inventory
  • Preferably with working experience as a head of finance or a similar position
  • With proven leadership and management competencies and display strong communication and relational skills
  • Has broad knowledge of organizational financial management and adept in financial planning, analysis and projection

MUST BE A CPA and experience in a Food Manufacturing company

Willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna

Overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, government financial reporting compliance, budget and forecasts preparation and monitoring, and cash and receivables management.

  • Formulates and directs financial strategies that are aligned with the company's strategic plans
  • Develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Company
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the Executive committee on long-term business and financial planning, pricing, business strategy, and allocation of funding
  • Drives the preparation of budget and forecast as per business direction and management guidelines and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Reviews variance analysis of P&L items and providing adequate commentary explaining the reasons of variances
  • Provide operational management support specifically in implementing over-all strategic plans, strengthening internal controls and regulatory compliance
  • Develops a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
  • Optimizes the handling of bank relationships and initiates appropriate strategies to enhance cash position
  • Assist in projects and products evaluation in terms of pricing and costs, financial impact and overall cost-benefit analysis
  • Provides technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline and assist cross functional heads-to improve profitability and productivity from strategy development to implementation and monitoring
  • Evaluates the departments structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals
  • Set comprehensive goals and KPIs and conduct annual Finances performance evaluation
