Design and develop Call Designs custom solutions such as mobile and desktop apps, and middleware solutions.
Complete assigned development tasks and service desk tickets.
Complete design and test documentation
Understand and implement our standards for:
o Agile processes
o Development practices
o Source code management
o Testing & Peer Review
Effective Technical handover to the Service Desk for all implementations
Provide timely support to the Service Desk for support issues of development products to ensure a high standard of customer service
Provide timely support to sales / pre-sales for pricing and scoping new opportunities to ensure a high standard of customer service
Proactively maintain and develop Call Design developed products working with the Call Design Product Manager
Continually improve technical skills
Continually gain technical experience
Continually expand product knowledge
