About the job Recruitment Specialist

Responsibility:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
  • Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
  • Manage to hire for specialized Technical and Bilingual roles
  • Ensure accuracy in updating the recruitment database and other recruitment-related reports on a real-time basis
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

Qualification:

  • At least 2 years in Technical Recruitment
  • Doing end-to-end recruitment and has experience in managing niche IT roles and bilingual roles
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques( Boolean search)
