About the job Recruitment Specialist
Responsibility:
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
- Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
- Manage to hire for specialized Technical and Bilingual roles
- Ensure accuracy in updating the recruitment database and other recruitment-related reports on a real-time basis
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Qualification:
- At least 2 years in Technical Recruitment
- Doing end-to-end recruitment and has experience in managing niche IT roles and bilingual roles
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques( Boolean search)
