Talent Attraction Advisor

  • Focus on "always on" and responsive Talent Attraction campaigns on Google, Bing, Spotify, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Research appropriate ways to boost SEO and targeting for specific regions (I.e, WeChat). Measure and report on Talent Attraction campaigns.
  • Conduct Career site performance audits for both technical and content improvements; prepare and communicate audits to stakeholders in detailed reports
  • Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Produce engaging content that highlights the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Laisse with the Regional teams to identify in demand positions or markets and communicate need to the Talent Attraction team.
  • Update and manage the company's career page, social media profiles, and other digital platforms to represent the employer brand.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads that support our hiring goals.
  • Track campaign performance, KPIs and conversions with the goal of driving marketing efficiencies and effectiveness with ongoing optimization

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role where you were responsible for building marketing strategies across various platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, and social media management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
