About the job eCommerce System Analyst
Position Overview
Stanley, a HAVI company, is looking for an eCommerce Systems Analyst to help support our e-commerce goals as we support the Stanley brand. As an eCommerce Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining and configuring E-Commerce tools, CXM/CRM tools, and other SaaS-based systems within our Global E-Commerce infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and optimization of our E-Commerce platforms and related applications, such as Shopify, to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience to our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of E-Commerce technologies, business processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Essential Job Functions
- Administer and configure E-Commerce tools, including but not limited to Shopify, to meet business requirements and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshoot any issues related to E-Commerce platforms and applications.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and functionality of E-Commerce systems.
- Support the integration of E-Commerce systems with CXM/CRM tools and other SaaS-based systems to ensure seamless data flow and optimal customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the E-Commerce space to provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to align business objectives and implement effective E-Commerce strategies.
- Train end-users on E-Commerce systems, provide ongoing support, and address any user inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and enforce E-Commerce security and compliance standards, ensuring the protection of customer data and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to the E-commerce system, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and first responder for any E-commerce site issues, promptly escalating to the relevant resources when necessary.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operations documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations, to ensure accurate and up-to-date reference
materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in an E-Commerce environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopify, and related applications.
- Familiarity with CXM/CRM tools and their integration with E-Commerce systems.
- Solid understanding of E-Commerce business processes, including order management, inventory management, and payment gateways.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus.
