ROLE EXPOSURE

  • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Worked at least 3 years as General Manager, CEO, or Division Head
  • Proven track record of successful leadership
  • Background in core business functions including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L
  • Proven capabilities in strategic & tactical budgeting, goal-setting, and planning
  • Track record of developing and executing growth plans in SME - 100 to 250 FTEs
  • Senior leadership business-to-business (B2B) exposure is an advantage
  • Exposure to HR professional services industry is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
