About the job Group General Manager
ROLE EXPOSURE
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Worked at least 3 years as General Manager, CEO, or Division Head
- Proven track record of successful leadership
- Background in core business functions including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L
- Proven capabilities in strategic & tactical budgeting, goal-setting, and planning
- Track record of developing and executing growth plans in SME - 100 to 250 FTEs
- Senior leadership business-to-business (B2B) exposure is an advantage
- Exposure to HR professional services industry is an advantage

- Contract management
- Project management (Internal processes)

- Strong market research skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Management or any similar discipline
- MBA or FCA preferred
