Retails Operations Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the setup, daily operations, and performance of physical gaming and betting outlets. You'll play an important role in making sure locations operate efficiently, gaming systems work reliably, and all operations meet regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead the setup and expansion of physical gaming and betting outlets, ensuring locations are operational and ready to serve customers.
• Oversee daily operations across retail locations, maintaining consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of betting terminals, gaming systems, and supporting technology.
• Manage and develop operational teams, ensuring employees are properly trained and performance expectations are met.
• Ensure gaming outlets comply with PAGCOR regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming standards.
• Monitor outlet revenue, betting activity, system performance, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, store management, or technology deployment.
• Previous experience in the gaming, casino, or sports betting industry is required.
• Proven experience managing physical gaming outlets, casino operations, or betting locations.
• Strong understanding of betting systems, gaming terminals, transaction processing, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of PAGCOR regulations and compliance requirements for gaming operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring business performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multiple gaming outlets or regional operations.
• Experience opening new gaming locations or managing technology rollouts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other operational reporting tools.
