Senior Finance Analyst (RTR)

Salary: Up to ₱67,000 per month
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliations.

This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced shared services environment, handling complex accounting activities, and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, resolving accounting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Process and post accurate and timely journal entries in SAP.
• Perform revenue accounting and cost accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze accruals, cost allocations, and financial adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
• Review trial balances and provide commentary on significant account movements.
• Conduct financial analysis and investigate variances across revenue and cost accounts.
• Support financial reporting and consolidation requirements.
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting concerns.
• Communicate accounting risks, issues, and recommended actions proactively.
• Collaborate with Finance Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, AP, AR, and other business partners.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, stronger controls, and greater efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of direct Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger Accounting.
• Strong foundation in Revenue Accounting and Cost Accounting.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Reconciliations, Accruals, and Cost Allocations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
• Experience in a Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services environment is highly preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule and extend working hours when necessary during month-end and year-end closing periods.
