Junior Project Architect

Job Summary:

We're seeking a licensed Architect to assist with project execution, monitoring, and the implementation of architectural plans. In this entry-level role, you'll collaborate with the team, manage technical documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project execution and monitoring.
• Interpret and implement architectural plans.
• Prepare reports and update superintendents.
• Support subcontractors and manage work assignments.
• Prepare work programs, cash flow, and manpower histograms.
• Produce technical documents and proposal drawings.
• Coordinate with designers and engineers.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility.
• Monitor project schedules and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
